Most properties are live within 7 days of signing, though this depends on the home being ready for photography. Here's how it typically works: Day 1 is onboarding. We collect all property information, arrange an initial inspection if we haven't seen the home yet, and book the first clean, linen hire, and photography. Day 2 the cleaners attend. Photography follows with around a 3 to 4 day lead time, and once photos are returned (usually within 48 hours) we build the listing and go live the same day. The main variable is your property's readiness and photographer availability on weekdays. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the assessment stage so there are no surprises.
