Within one business day, we assess your property's suburb, configuration, and situation against our current portfolio capacity. You'll hear from us either way.

A brief assessment call

If your property looks like a strong fit, we'll schedule a 20-minute call to discuss your goals, timeframe, and answer any questions about how we work.

Onboarding begins

Once we agree it's the right match, onboarding starts immediately. Photography, listing creation, and channel distribution, all live within seven days.
