Aurea was founded on five years of managing short-stay properties across Adelaide: more than twenty homes, thousands of guest stays, every kind of property and every kind of problem. What that experience taught us is simple: the difference between an average return and a great one is care, taken daily, and care doesn't scale to hundreds of doors. We work across a small set of Adelaide suburbs.
